Visonary
A Bit of Background
The organization received their 501 (c) (3) status on July 21, 2020. The organization's exclusive purpose is to uplift and support young women ages 13yrs to 21yrs old no matter their race, religion, nationality, or creed. The Founder & President (Lauren J. Morris) of FDTLHFAGINC. was inspired to give back to her community because of the trials and tribulations she faced as a little girl into her adolescent years. However, those struggles did not last forever and she was able to overcome many things in her life. She decided to create opportunities for those that are experiencing similar situations. She realized that sharing knowledge and displaying great stewardship was gratifying. Her passion is to help others and to share knowledge that can potential aid someone out of their crisis. When the organization first introduced themselves to the community their aspirations were geared towards the empowerment of young women. Nonetheless, with all the positive feedback and the financial support from the community the decision for expanding services was implemented March 2021 due to an outpour of requests from the community. The organization believes that adding these programs will allow no persons to be left out.

From Darkness to Light Hope For Women and Children (a program that assists women and children and single men with a child or children) We are raising funds as a duty to lend a helping hand notably within the inner city communities.

The work we do at our Non-Profit Organization is aimed at providing a more transparent approach and to make sure our partners are empowered by creating opportunities for individuals and communities.

MISSION STATEMENT
Our nonprofit organization seeks to empower girls ages 13 to 21 yrs of age. We aim to positively impact these young women by connecting them with the proper resources that will allow them to excel in every aspect of their lives. We vow to build up their self-esteem and give them the hope that all girls need in our inner-city communities. We want to show them that there is a way out of their darkness into the light of their success.

At From Darkness To Light Hope For All Girls Inc, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing this issue. Most children in our urban community were in need of school supplies. The event by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believed we could facilitate progress in this area. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.
